Terms of Purchase and Use
These terms explain what you are purchasing, how your personalised Blueprint is created, your access arrangements and the limits of AI-generated and interpretive content.

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Business Expansion Blueprint (the Blueprint), supplied by Terri Brown (we, us, our). They apply alongside the Creation Styles Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about the purchase or delivery of the Blueprint, these product-specific terms take priority.
By purchasing the Blueprint, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
The Blueprint is a personalised digital report exploring the relationship between you and the business you are building. It combines information you provide about yourself and your business with Human Design and Astrology data and AI-assisted analysis.

The purchase does not include personal coaching, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, therapy, implementation services or a guaranteed business result.
The price is £44 as shown at checkout. Terri Brown is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Payments are processed by Stripe or another stated payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
If you pay from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-payment charges. Those charges are outside our control.
Your order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and you receive confirmation or access to the Blueprint journey.
Access to the Blueprint journey is supplied immediately after payment. You expressly request that digital supply begins during any applicable cancellation period.
Where the law permits, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once digital content has been supplied or performance has begun with your express consent. The checkout asks you to expressly confirm this before payment.
Nothing in these terms removes a cancellation right, refund right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate information. This includes your date of birth, exact birth time, birth location and the answers you choose to provide about your business. Inaccurate or incomplete information may materially affect the report.
Your Blueprint is generated after you submit the required information. Generation may take time and depends on the availability of the app, AI services and relevant calculation providers.
If a technical fault prevents generation or creates an incomplete or corrupted report, contact us at terri@terribrown.co.uk. We will take reasonable steps to repair the fault and regenerate the Blueprint. If we cannot supply a conforming Blueprint within a reasonable time, any mandatory legal remedies remain available to you.
Because access and personalised digital supply begin immediately, purchases are non-refundable once supply has begun, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel, a refund or another remedy.
A change of mind, failure to complete the journey, dissatisfaction with an interpretive insight, or providing incorrect birth information does not normally create a right to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital product is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied.
You may return to your Blueprint for as long as the Creation Styles app remains live and your account remains in good standing. This is not a promise of permanent or lifetime hosted access.
We may update, replace, suspend or withdraw the app for legal, technical, security or commercial reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of a planned permanent withdrawal. You should download or print your completed Blueprint and keep your own copy.
The Blueprint uses artificial intelligence. Its content may be produced automatically without a person reviewing every statement before you receive it. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated information.
Human Design and Astrology are interpretive frameworks. They should not be treated as scientifically proven facts, diagnoses, predictions or fixed descriptions of who you are.
The Blueprint is intended for personal reflection and business-strategy support. It must not be used as:
You remain responsible for checking important facts and for every decision or action you take.
To create the Blueprint, we process information including your name, email address, account details, quiz answers, Creation Style result, birth date, birth time, birth location and information you choose to provide about your business, capacity, goals and challenges.
Do not submit confidential information about another person or personal data you do not have the right to share. Do not include unnecessary medical or special-category information in free-text answers.

You retain ownership of the information and original content you submit. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure and provide the Blueprint and associated account functions.
As between you and us, you own your specific personalised Blueprint output to the extent that legal rights can exist in AI-assisted output. You may use it for your own personal and business purposes.
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Creation Styles app, its branding, structure, designs, questions, methodologies, prompts, instructions, software, templates and non-personalised materials. You must not reproduce, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer or use those materials to build a competing product.
Your access is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass its safeguards, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, access another customer's information or use it for unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purposes.
The Blueprint depends on third-party services that may include hosting, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, email delivery and Human Design or Astrology calculation services. Those services may change, experience interruptions or process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for a third-party interruption that is outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for providing any remedy required by law and will take reasonable steps to restore or regenerate the Blueprint where possible.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may make reasonable changes to improve security, functionality, accuracy or compliance. A change will not remove rights you have already acquired under a completed purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights or remedies that cannot be excluded.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for business decisions, lost opportunities, expected profits or results arising from your interpretation or use of the Blueprint, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the app, threaten its security or infringe our rights or another person's rights. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach.
The Blueprint is offered internationally. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using it is lawful where you live. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere.
